We are not responsible for delays once the package has been transferred to the carrier.

Split Shipments

Customs, Duties & International Orders

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, taxes, or import charges required by their country.

Customs processing times are outside of our control.

Delivery Issues

Once marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Customers should contact the shipping carrier directly for delivery disputes.

If a package is returned due to incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal, additional shipping fees may apply.
