Tubing, not coating
It wraps the lash. It does not paint it.
A classic mascara suspends pigment in wax and leaves that sitting on the lash, where it dries, cracks and drops. A tubing formula builds a flexible polymer sleeve around each lash instead. Nothing sits loose on the surface, so there is nothing to flake into the under-eye.
Acrylates Copolymer — second on the ingredient list, ahead of every wax. That is the film former: the tube itself.
Three waxes, not a wax base — carnauba, rice bran and rhus verniciflua, sitting below the polymer rather than carrying the formula.

Start at the base
Sit the wand at the root of the lashes, not halfway up. That is where the tube has to anchor.

Guide it root to tip
One steady pass from root to tip to lengthen every lash. The ball tip picks up the short ones at the inner corner.

Keep layering additional coats while the lashes are still wet. Tubing sets as it dries — a coat added onto a dry one has nothing to grip.

Is it waterproof, or does it wash off?
Both — that is the point of a tubing formula. The listing gives the water resistance level as waterproof, and it comes off in warm water. The tubes hold against rain, sweat and watering eyes, then release the moment warm water and light pressure ask them to. A cold splash will not take it off.
How do I take it off?
Warm water and your fingertips. Hold warm water against the lashes for a few seconds, then stroke down — the tubes come away as small dark slivers. No oil balm, no waterproof remover, no cotton pad dragging at the lash line. If your tap runs cold, a warm flannel held against the lashes for ten seconds does the same job.
Does it hold a curl?
It holds one all day. What it will not do is create one — tubing wraps the lash in the shape it is already in rather than pulling it up. Curl first, then coat, and the curl stays where you put it because there is no wax weight dragging it back down.
Will it work on short or straight lashes?
The ball-tip wand is there for exactly that: the rounded tip catches the short lashes at the inner corner and along the lower line that a big brush skates over. On straight lashes expect definition and length rather than curl — see the answer above.
Does it come in any other shade or a waterproof version?
No. One shade, Black, one 10 ml tube. There is no brown, no blue and no separate waterproof edition, because this formula already behaves like one.
Is it alright for contact lenses or sensitive eyes?
There is nothing loose to flake into a lens, which is the usual complaint. The formula also carries a SkinSAFE 91 rating — free of parabens, SLS, propylene glycol, lanolin, talc and the common preservative culprits. As with anything you wear on the lash line every day, patch test first if your eyes react easily.
Is it vegan?

How long does a tube last once it is open?
